Record: A document created based on a template for actual use.
Since an Endeavor holds both the template and instructions, you can improve the original Guide or create new Guides from an Endeavor.

While viewing records created in an Endeavor, you can modify the template and instructions.
Through the "Improve" feature, the changes can be applied directly to the original Guide.
If you want to create something new instead of changing the existing one, you can use the "Extract" feature to extract the current template and instructions from an Endeavor and create a new Guide.
This process allows you to accumulate know-how in the Guide without missing anything.

Additional Features
Fecit offers many functions for document handling beyond just creation, such as usage, improvement, differentiation, and sharing. It also tracks changes in individual documents. Through the Revision History, you can see how the content has evolved.
